At Next Steps, we offer gymnastics and movement education classes for children from 4 months to 8 years, with every program carefully designed to support development in a fun, age-appropriate way. Our classes focus on building: • Confidence and independence • Gross and fine motor development • Balance, coordination, and strength • Social interaction and listening skills • Body awareness and movement control Our beginner gymnastics classes, suited to Preps up to 8 years, are more than your standard gymnastics class… they're where confidence starts. With small groups and two coaches every session, your child gets the support they need to feel safe, capable, and proud. We use beginner-friendly equipment that's not too overwhelming - just the right level to help them learn, practice, and master the basics. And we focus on FUN!
