About

Our Traditional Taekwondo program involves the teaching of traditional techniques with a modern application and variation. Our self defence is based on reality, not old school techniques, or techniques that only work if you are a strong adult! At all levels, our students will learn traditional skills and modern self defence, as well as honing their skills through striking and kicking pads and bags, no contact sparring and, for higher ranked students, light contact sparring.
