Reiki for children is a gentle relaxation practice that supports calmness, emotional regulation, and wellbeing. Sessions are non-invasive, child-led, and adapted to suit each child’s age and needs, creating a safe and supportive space to relax and unwind. Reiki is offered as a complementary wellbeing service and does not replace medical or psychological care. Age Range & Consent: Reiki sessions are available for children aged 4–16 years. All sessions require written parent or guardian consent. Child-Led & Gentle Approach: Sessions are non-invasive, optional, and always guided by the child’s comfort level. Children may sit, lie down, and remain fully clothed. Hands-on contact is only used with consent. Parent is invited to sit in on the session, with consent of the child (where applicable) Wellbeing Support Only: Reiki is offered as a complementary wellbeing and relaxation service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or allied health care.
